At Ascot Kindergarten our aim is to create meaningful learning experiences that prioritise active participation, relationship building and inquiry.

Our focus is on child initiated, play based experiences in an indoor/outdoor environment. The educators are responsive to children’s strengths, abilities and interests, creating an environment of meaningful and purposeful learning.

Our role as educators is to observe, document, extend, facilitate and plan for the individual child and the group. When you walk in to our programs you will see individual and small groups of children immersed in activities, which are initiated by them. We believe learning is more meaningful when it comes from within.
